Har Bhatnagar currently serves as president and CEO of Middletown Hotel Management Company, Inc., providing vision and setting strategy for Middletown’s overall performance and growth. He began his hotel management career in 1983, balancing this new interest with a full-time engineering position at General Electric in Fort Wayne, Ind. Prior to General Electric, he worked at Franklin Electric and McLain Engineering laboratory.

In 1989, Har established Middletown Hotel Management as his portfolio began to grow. After five successful years of additional hotel investments, Har retired from General Electric in 1994 to devote himself full time to his new business.

With nearly 30 years in the engineering industry before retiring from General Electric, Har has brought a unique perspective to hotel management and development. His strong analytical skills, attention to detail and logical approach have combined to advance Middletown Hotel Management to its current leadership position in the Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus regional market.

Har holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Banaras Hindu University.

Bela Bhatnagar serves as the Vice President of Middletown Hotel Management. She gives a fresh vision to the hotels with her expertise in interior design and customer service skills. Her education in interior design at IBFW has given her the ability to envision the beauty in every hotel since 1989.



As Har Bhatnagar worked in the analytical aspect of the business, Bela made the vision come to life with her abilities. Bela’s background includes Indian interior design, licensed telemarketing, ancient Indian history, and accounting. Her favorite aspect of leading Middletown Hotel Management is getting to meet the new guests and staff along the way.

Neha Bhatnagar (Richter) is a graduate of Valparaiso University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Chemistry and Biology with a Concentration in Biochemistry. Neha spent 12 years working in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industry with multiple Fortune 500 companies. This time was spent developing skills in various leadership roles involved in project management, new product releases, regulatory responses, and remediation projects.

In 2012, Neha joined Middletown Hotel Management at the Corporate Level. Despite growing up in the Hospitality Industry since the age of 5, the last 8 years she has utilized her skill background with E-Commerce, Hotel Opening Processes, Sales and Marketing, and Operational Process improvements to control labor and expenditure costs at all properties in the portfolio. Her leadership and management skills have yielded revenue growths of 9.02% YoY.

Nick has 25+ years of hospitality experience in a number of different areas. Having started his career as a front desk agent, he has held numerous positions including Executive Housekeeper, General Manager, VP of Operations and currently serves as Middletown Hotel Management’s Corporate Director of Operations. He is responsible for the oversight of each hotel’s sales and operational performance. Nick provides valuable leadership in the essential areas of a successful property.

Nick’s style of constantly balancing superior guest service, associate satisfaction, and brand awareness leads Middletown Hotel Management’s hotels to exceptional bottom line results.
